FIVEM- Add a sell circle at CCC

I think we should add a sell circle at ccc because the market is so saturated with their cars, that neither a person nor Jardine would be likely to buy them, a problem that can only currently be solved by selling the cars to a non-member who has some cash, and that adding a sell circle would do better at solving

I believe the lack of an exit strategy such as quick selling turns people away from buying these cars secondhand

I implore all who read this to share their opinions

I only buy the limited CCC Cars because those are the ones that people want, as far as i know. I dont know if ccc has alot of sales but i dont think a selling circle would hurt anyone, at minimum we could atleast try it out and see.
