new surf maps ?

It's a easy linear map, that is good for beginners

It's a staged map, it is actually pretty easy, but also a good challenge for some.

(don't pay attention to video its skill surfing i assume.) It's a linear map, and good for beginners.

It's a little bit of a challenge, but a short fun not to difficult linear map.

it's a pretty popular map, easy aswell

linear map, has one bonus if i remember, shortttt map (around 44 seconds)

EDIT: surf_portal_game4 seemingly is extremely difficult for beginners in one stage(stage 4), but all the stages after are easy. After me and many others figured out how to beat it, it isnt too bad. so i change my mind on that.

All of these are vary good suggestions. I have personally have beaten all these maps on different servers and your description of them is good.
