Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.
Upgrades on the MLT Pounder are limited on some to stage 1, and they never stay on (ie, I'll exit the menu, come back, and they are not attached owned or attached anymore). It also gets damaged incredibly easy. If you break the boom-gate at legion square garage, it'll cost hundreds, which can cost at little as nothing for all other vehicles. (this needs to happen due to it not fitting under the yellow height bar.
What should be happening instead?
Upgrades should be upto stage 4 or 5, and should stay on the vehicle. Damage should be considerably less, probably considerably less than a car, considering the way it should be constructed realistically.

Buy, and test a Pounder, in the "Commercial" section of the Vapid dealership.
Any extra info we may need to know
In order to RP L.I.E. me and my employees have been using the Pounder (for the lack of a better vehicle) to RP making deliveries for PDM, and its covered sides are perfect for the illegal side of hiding stolen vehicles.
