All too often we see people speeding through San Andreas at high speeds and see them crash, only to recover and continue speeding. Realistically, that shouldn't and wouldn't happen. I'm proposing the server implementing a reduction in the level of armor someone can get for their vehicles. Maybe decreasing to armor level 2. Enough to handle fender benders but still disable a vehicle after a major crash. What do you guys think?
