Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

I applied on the server website for my e tag and never got it and i additonally applied for the donator tag by donating (teir 1) and still did not get the perks it comes with it.

What should be happening instead?

Getting the e tag and perks for teir 1

You never finished up setting your MAUL account. You need to set up your Game IDs and choose your Division.
