Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

Its completely random but I've seen many players and myself get stuck in the ceiling of the cell and theres no way of getting out unless you slay and miss the round

What should be happening instead?

Not get stuck in the ceiling

No idea but its happened on both Beta, Clouds, Architect, Dojo, and a few others

This usually only happens on warm up or the first round and those rounds go by fast so I don't think its worth fixing. Up to LE though.

As this only happens first round, it's not something we'll be looking further into. Thanks for bringing this to us~
