I may have been a huge cause in the city that caused me to be a huge target by multiple gangs. There are many reasoning's in which cause me to act the way I do in game. My gang and I have been followed by MULTIPLE other gangs, coming from Legion Garage (green zone). We legit get stalked and once they see a (purple) gang member they tend to FOLLOW them out of the garage which is very annoying and immature. Half of the time RP isn't even initiated just to be followed out of a green zone. I am someone who tries to RP situations, by at least talking it out or even defending myself against that certain person. There is no need for us to get followed by gangs (in which we have done nothing). Shoot-outs happen because of this and im not fully blaming this on every gang because that is just being bias, if something another person is doing is annoying you, it needs to be RPed because if not we don't know what we're doing and whats causing you to follow us out of a green zone to try and kill us.
Example (before yesterday): I was on a motorcycle and I was legit followed around the city by a black car. I sped up, swerving through cars and the other car did the same. I am not naming who it is because I don't want to point fingers. This hinted me that I was either going to get killed or robbed so I swerved and turned on intersections and managed to lose them. The person in the black car is a person who has been following me and my gang around in different vehicles trying to either kill us or rob us. This was at least 10m into getting on the server.
Example 2 (yesterday): I was roaming around a green zone. (RP was not initiated). About 6 guys were surrounding my car. One of them poured GASOLINE on it which is obviously not allowed and then ends up shooting the gasoline so my car would catch on fire (which was in a green zone). [no warning at all by Admins yet one was around at the time].
If you guys want shoot-outs to be eliminated especially near Legion, an event or something has to be created. Nobody is going to just "plan a shootout with another gang" like "okay yo get ur gang meet up at grove st at 3pm, we gonna have a gang fight". cause IRL that doesn't even happen, everything is unexpected but in this case that'd be RDM.
SUGGESTIONS * We need an event such as "warzone event" and ALL of the GANGS & MAFIAS can just go out to the RED CIRCLE ON THE MAP and shoot each other. Obviously far away from legion. This can help sort shootouts around LS and keep everyone safe while all the gangs are out fighting each other far away in a circle. If people don't want to be involved then they shouldn't engage to going into that circle. If you want war you go get war (the red circle). Robbing can happen freely in the map because anybody robs IRL, but drivebys and stuff like that can happen inside the war zone.

(maybe the warzone location can change everytime) like going to sandy, paleto & LS. This can also make people move more in the map instead of staying inside legion garage 24/7. Also there should probably be another garage added in the city to avoid conflict between the gangs. Every gang member & mafia member legit groups up at the same garage as in legion garage is the main one in the city, which is where everybody stays at.
Nothing on the server keeps people active besides drugs and whitelisted jobs. It'd be cool like maybe add a robbing jewelry store feature to add more robbing features. The only thing people do is their jobs (job center / drugs) unless their white listed to a certain job. This is what causes people to just sit in legion because there is nothing to do. But coming from players who are "gangs/criminals" we can't really do anything besides run from the cops and start fights with other gangs to get some roleplay going on and shoot-outs. Nobody wants to sit there and do drug methods which legit takes like 4 hours worth doing just to get money, launder & get a huge cut from what you've worked for out of your money, to get a "fast car or gun to kill other people" which is what is trying to get decreased from "killing others". I am not just gonna "play another server", because I enjoy this server and at the end of the day these are suggestions and features that I have came up with. Being able to rob the jewelry store and also stores give more RP for us players and also the cops to get the criminals.
