Radar covers street name on hud

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

When you have Ctrl X radar on, it covers up the street names on hud, in turn making it impossible to conduct useful pursuit/stop traffic over the radio

What should be happening instead?

Street name should be visble, not covered up by hud, maybe move the street names back to original location

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Get in police cruiser, activate Ctrl X radar

The "5" key radar also covers up the middle HUD with your speed, gas, seatbelt, etc. A simple fix could be to move the street names or middle menu to the top of the screen.

Already known about - Once I get the time I will be changing both of the locations.
