CS CS:S eG's get access to view spray user

[Grounded Justice]

While admining on the de_dust2 server in CS:S, I have ran into an annoyance of not being able to view who has sprayed what. It used to be that you point your crosshairs at the picture, and the user's name shows. Now this does not happen. I have been running into the pain of having to watch for hours to record a demo of users spraying nude imagery for a ban request, when this process used to be so much easier.

eGO admins have the access to view the user, just not players, or eG's
