CS JB - Increase AFK Manager Time

The time it takes to be automatically moved to spectator if AFK was reduced significantly. At times players need to step away from their computer or ALT Tab especially as an admin to do things such as reports.

As of now it takes very little time to be automatically moved to spectator if you AFK and it can be quite annoying. We should revert it back to how it was or increase it to give players more time to get back.

Yeah that isnt necessarily an afk timer issue, just a warden delay issue. But even still, it does feel a bit too short.

Matrix warden has to play a game with the 2 of you, its delay if he doesnt
