There's been much debate about the crowded and toxic aspect of legion square. I believe that if we move the new citizen spawn location, this can help to alleviate a LOT of it. This may SOUND like a questionable idea but hear me out.
The general idea is to move the spawn location to the south side of the map at the airport roundabout entrance. The benefit here is there is pretty much nothing down there. A new player has to join the server, then start asking questions or read the quick-start guide on what to do first. This is opposed to the current situation where they run into the middle of the square and begin assaulting people, or they see legion square filled with people first thing and begin stealing cars, beating people up, crashing cars, etc.
This also puts them in a position to decide, will my first action be to steal a car? Will it be to call a taxi service? Regardless, either decision will require more effort than walking out the "front door" of the spawn and immediately becoming toxic at the sight of PEOPLE.
Yes, it DOES put them a good distance from just about anything in the server at the start, but this can be a good thing, give them a chance to realize how their settings are, the voice is set up and so on before they even begin dealing with people. They can use OOC chat to ask some starter questions to get them moving. BUT, if their intention is to be toxic, it will not be right at the same spot all day long every day. They would have to happen upon legion square of their own will without the knowledge that it's a regular hangout to cause problems there.
This could potentially create new hangout areas and deter much of the toxicity/crowding that is occurring right now.
