Player list is bugged

What server are you reporting this issue on?

Server 1

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

While in the home screen to join the GTA server 1 server it shows that 11/32 or 2/32 are on the server. But when I actually join the server there is more then what it says

What should be happening instead?

Should be showing me the actual amount of players
​

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible
