Bomb Counter Tweak

Well there are server side mods that allow your hud to display how much time is left in the bomb countdown but this tweak is just as useful and client side. This sound plays the "Bomb is planted sound" and then counts up to 45 when the bomb blows up.

I use it right now and Im not banned. I dont know about CAL peoples but meh who cares about CAL anyways.
