Resolved Member not registered in MAUL

We have a member in BF the joined in 2014, that does not show his "e" in MAUL, so we do not show the options of promoting him. If this could be remedied ASAP it would be greatly appreciated.

jtipton. what member? They need to do an application in DAPS likely.

Hey jtipton. , i followed up with Beemer on this one and the buttons there and working for him - Revenge has been promo'd. I'll shelve this as completed. The member was already an "E" after all as well. The only time the promo option should be missing is if they never did an application through DAPS before. If it's not showing up for you otherwise there may be a permissions issue for you.
