CS CS:S de_dust2 See who Ups and Downs Rep points

We have been experiencing multiple circumstances where admins are downed every time they join the server. The unfortunate thing is that as admins, we cannot see who is doing the downs, or ups. It's cowardly when every now and then a admin is downed for NO APPARENT reason, and the person is anonymous. Constantly. And there are good suspicions on who it is, but no proof because we cannot tell for certain. If this can be changed in chat, that would be much appreciated for everyone.

Rep is a cosmetic. A in-game player given one at that. I absolutely agree it does nothing for you personally and can see where some of you would like to get rid of it, keep it, or change it. But to me, it's a nice award system to have that is given by normal server players. Like our eGO forum achievement badges. As kaZZ would say in other words "I need my eGO achievement badges or I won't make it to college!" (Thanks for your input by the way, sheesh. Lol) People really don't have to apply for the badges, but they do. It's nice to have. A cosmetic showing you've been around. It's the same way I feel about the player-given rep point system, which when abused, ruins the whole purpose of it.

After further discussing this with CS Leadership, we do not feel that any changes should be made to this system to show any additional information. Thanks for the suggestion~
