Increase the swap time for cts so brain dead cts that freekill and don't know the rules can have a chance to not be on ct and freekill more. Maybe to 20 or 25 mins just to encourage them to not **** up and be swapped.

And calling people braindead isn't the nicest way to suggest a rule change.

What Dryden said. Present it constructively as a well thought out suggestion, in the actual suggestions section. This thread looks like you lashing out in frustration more than anything.
