Terrorists get stuck inside surf on jb_dystopian_ego

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.
I have found a bug on this map connected with surf.
When playing either after they get teleported back to the start or midway through, Terrorists get stuck inside the ramps and cannot move.
What should be happening instead?
They should be able to pursue and upon returning if failing not get stuck and pursue again without getting stuck
Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible
go into surf cts and T's, have T's pursue immediately and have them surf for like a minute or two and eventually I think they will get stuck
Any extra info we may need to know
