Speed Limiter Problems

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

So you know how the old speed limiter and how it was like a cruise control that pushed you from the back and you could use it to fly boats and make instant turns?

Well I figured out how the current speed limiter works and I found massive problems with it.

1) You can use it to float or fall slowly by setting the limiter to as low as you can. 2) You can set the speed to 1 mph and become a steel wall with any vehicle.

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Well once you figure out that the current limiter restricts your vehicle from going over what you have set its pretty easy to recreate it.

Any extra info we may need to know

When you freeze your car in the air you can turn it any way you want. It works best with lowriders because of the hydraulics.

Looks like a lot of people have figured it out as well might become a problem

We will w/k/b for exploiting the script. Haven't seen may issues other than someone not knowing how to correct it.
