Because it isn't going to be updated on a whim, and the PD is undergoing a lot of changes.

They are undergoing changes. Big changes are underway which is amazing.

Give them a bit, lot of moving parts right now, I can personally tell you complaints are still being followed through and dealt with, they've just not had the time to update the logs.
