Need Help with Microphone Setup

I've seen videos where people will add live voice effect in- game (like reverb, echo, bass boost, pitch bending, et cetera) and i've been wanting to figure out how to do it. I've seen voice changing software but I have no clue how to hook it up through a game like CS:GO so my in- game voice would be modulated. Any ideas/ tips/ software suggestions?

Yeah, that's the problem. I want reverb without the ban.

Kind of hard to do lol. I’d suggest sticking to messing with that stuff with friends on voice calls and not eGO servers.
