Bad Company 2 Tanks

I have a question about tanks. How do you kill a tank with one shot? Is it possible? It has to be, because it has happened to me. I can understand how the uav could do it with the right load out, but with a rocket? I won't mention names because the player involved seems like a good fair player. I don't want to know about glitches because it's wrong, but is there a certain place to hit the tank?

It is possible but it does not happen very often. If your rocket hit the back "wheel" of the track it will sometimes kill a full health tank

If you bounce the rocket off the top of the track cover/shield at the right angle so it bounces and hits just under the turret it will blow up a tank , personally I have not managed to do this yet and must admit that I have not really experimented much with the technique to do so .

stationaty at can kill tank in one shot (side of the tank, closer to back wheels). other weapons should not be able to do it (i never experienced it, even with explostive perk).
maybe you just got hit by 2 rockets at the same time. or rocket detonated mines next to you

to maximise tank efficiency, allways face with ftont towards enemy. it has stronger armor there

All the answers are good mercer, just a little additional precision, it happens from time to time that we have the impression that a single rocket touches the tank while 2 rockets were received simultaneously! Otherwise the black chard for a tank is UVA and stationary rocket, one shot to break your tank if the player knows how to use it.

I have done it once or twice not easy
