I've never tried to find skins, but one good crosshair, not skin is cl_crosshairscale 9999

There are programs or images i guess that will put a red dot(or whatever) in the middle of your screen ontop of everything. Useable with most FPS, although this is not allowed by any leagues that i am aware of due to it being a 3rd party program, even though all it does is put a red dot on your screen on top of everything wether your ingame or not.

this is what i use, which helps. Theres two commands which when used together darken the crosshair color cl_crosshairalpha 800 and cl_crosshairusealpha 1 and then i use cl_crosshairscale 2000 for the size

Fps banana does have them, they work great with the small crosshair.

Its Illegal in CAL to change your crosshair Shape, or form, Its perfectly legal to change the colour, or size,
