Bad Company 2 How to deal with griefers when no admin around

There is really only one way to deal with a griefer in the uncap....leave him alone in there. And it's always about the helos...they can't really do anything to you in the other vehicles.

I know it's frustrating when some attention-seeker messes with the game, but that's their weakness, they need attention. They're impossible to kill and the more you attack them the more jollies they get...you are literally helpless against them and they know it.

I know it's hard, but spawn elsewhere. If you can't do that, spawn in the uncap and exit forthwith...grab a tank or the jeep, or just bust your buns to leave the guy alone. ALL alone. Pay him no attention at all.

Of course the weakness in this strategy is everyone on the team has to go with it. Once you get someone attacking the griefer, he's happy and he'll stick around...and it's useless effort for negative gain.

So, first, call out the griefer in chat.
If no admin ingame, pop over to Teamspeak and leave any eGO admin a message or talk to them.
When back in the game go into chat and tell them they're reported.
IGNORE IGNORE IGNORE the griefer.

I swear on the 19 hairs on my chest that this works!

And don't forget to write up a Ban Request on their ass. We can take away really take away their fun for a few days or so, maybe enough that they don't come back or quite entering uncaps.

Jtipton , it is not a matter of them " entering the uncap " , they are on the same team and just spawn there , they are team griefing , not base raping .

I wish the " eGOs " could use ProCon to kick these guys , that way we could leave our TS running and respond without having to enter the game , in case we are doing something else than gaming on server , but then that would mean setting limitations for ProCon and more training .

I know procon is for leadership only. But i do believe ego's should have procon it would help keeping punks out of the game
