Well I got overwatched on my main account because it got hijacked and look at me now. Playing on another account and everyone think I am hacking.

that's why you use steam authenticator.

and besides, I think it's a bit fishy that some guy decided to hack into your account and cheat on servers and he never thought to have changed the password. Also, i'm pretty sure you get an alert if someone logs onto your steam account from a different device.

So how fast was the flick to his head then? In all seriousness though, just make a new account. Steam will NEVER drop a VAC ban. If someone did access your account, you can check from steam guard and see all logins. Most likely some files/scripts in your game were corrupt or changed, resulting in a ban....

I'm gonna be honest, this story isn't really making any sense. Kinda odd how you took a break and you come back and you've been VAC banned. If someone did happen to hack into your account, Steam would've sent you an email telling you that a new login has happened, and they probably would've changed your password and stole your cs skins if you had any. VAC bans are not lift able. Best thing to do, if you weren't hacking, is to get a new steam account and to make sure that you have all authentications on. Such as the email and mobile one. And if you do make a new account i wouldn't recommend not using the same password and email, to be on the safe side.
