well next time it happens. Look for an eG or eGO to kick and ban these people if necessary. Most of us are on. Check the steam group, the site, and vent to locate a admin.

Listen to this post... its really helpful, you should always have atleast 2 eG's and maybe 3 eGO's on your freinds list as an e... well, atleast i did, it helped me alot with trouble makers
