The surf on jb_dystopian sometimes will not teleport winners to the winning platform. There are two winning pipes but neither seem to work sometimes.

What should be happening instead?

Winners should be teleported to the winners spot.

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Play the surf and win and see if teleports you to the winners
