When I was off of my computer my steam was hacked and almost everyone was blocked and they said they got sent a suspicious link. I'm changing my password, what else should I do?

Change your password, start using two factor authentication (Steam Guard).

Change any passwords on accounts elsewhere that share the same email and password.

Then don't click suspicious links after that, that ask you to login to Steam

Simon pretty much covered what you should do once you regain access to your account.

How the current hack going around works is someone will send you a link to a website that will ask you to login through steam. If you do login through steam then the hacker will gain access to your account and disable your two factor authentication and then continue to send the same message to everyone on your friends list in hopes that more people will fall for the same trick.

The hacker aims to take advantage of you trusting your friends, so just a reminder not to click on any suspicious links even if they are from people you trust.

If your Steam Account has been stolen or hijacked, you should complete the steps below before recovering your account to ensure the account is not stolen again.

Step 1 - Scan your computer
Viruses, key loggers, spyware and other malicious code can steal your Steam Account name and password. Before resetting your Steam Account's password, you should run virus and spyware scanners to ensure such programs are not on your computer.

Step 2 - Change your email's password
Steam accounts are commonly compromised after an associated email address is compromised. Changing the password on your email account will ensure a hijacker can't steal your Steam account a second time, or interfere with assistance from Steam Support.

Phising is one of the worst ways to lose your account mainly because you hand it over (quick tip not foolproof check for the SSL certificate the padlock next to the URL and see who its registered to and do a quick google search)
