Guardian Gas Broken

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.
When you put a guardian in the garage with a full tank of gas (or any amount of gas in it), when you pull it back out you're almost out of gas.
What should be happening instead?
When you pull the car out of the garage it should have the same amount of gas it had in it when you put it away.
Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible
Buy a guardian. Fill it with gas. Put it in the garage. Pull it back out again.
