Counter-Strike Global Offensive Jail Server Toxicity (I know its a lot to read,but its important)

On the JB server and I'm sure other servers as well there's a lot of toxicity. Now its not just guards who shoot first and ask questions later, its people being mean and insensitive through chat and voice chat. It's mainly directed towards the younger kids but there are others who get shit too. But I wanna bring this up to the whole community to try and prevent/stop it. I'm not gonna name names but there are 2 main kids on the JB server who constantly get shit on, Like if they talk and voice chat there will be multiple people telling them to shut up, or if they're on guard and they do the slightest thing wrong they'll through a bitch fit about it in admin chat making sure these kids get swapped or even banned. Now these kids are just like the rest of us, they are here to come on our servers and just have fun but that get ruined when people constantly belittle them. Some of these kids are targeted to the point where they make alt accounts just to play on the server with getting shit. Even if they're squeakers we were all once just like them, kids trying to have fun by getting shit on by people just because we were younger. When I play on JB or throughout the community I try to spread positivity, I know sometimes I can be rude or whatever, but we all have our moments, and I think if we all collectively try to stop the toxicity the servers can become an even better and more fun place to play on with friends. And its not only kids, I've seen and heard people with different accents get shit on, or girls get shit on just because they're girls. and I think really at some point it has to stop. So one last time if we all come together we can make the community even better than it already is! <3 HELP SPREAD POSITIVITY

Edit: Ya I feel the same way. Too many kids get bullied on our server just because they are kids. We shouldn't be hating kids because of their voice or personality. You never know their situation. They could be having a bad day, one of their relatives died, or they lost something important to them. You never should judge a person based on small details. If you can't handle it, then just ignore them. They have as much right as you do to play on our servers. We need the most people we can get. We shouldn't refuse people to come into our servers. We shouldn't give them a bad time. We shouldn't hate on kids. Frankly, they are the next generation and we can't raise them through negativity. It's time that we as a community step forward into positivity.
When I was a squeaker like them, I was always hated on. People said my voice was annoying. It really hurt me because I was just a kid and I didn't know how to deal with trolls like them. Yes, I am still a kid, but I've learned to ignore those types of people, but the kids in our server don't know how to deal with it. They get banned because they disrespect the bullies in retaliation. This needs to stop.
If you really can't stand little kids being on the server, just mute them and don't express your thoughts publicly. We don't need this. Be kind to others despite their age, gender, sexuality, etc. You never know what they are going through. Thanks for reading this and try to spread this forum post.

For the people making jokes about this post, You are part of the problem of toxicity on the Jailbreak server. Making jokes on a serious matter is not needed. This is a really serious matter that should've been brought up a long time ago, before it became so bad. These kids who are getting hated have been to the point were they are taking breaks from our servers, and also making alt accounts to avoid all of this hate towards them.

When I began playing on jailbreak I was made fun of and bullied on a regular basis because of my voice, all this did was make me more toxic. It just feeds into a cycle I’m not being bullied anymore because I realized I just needed to ignore it and be nicer but it’s really saddens me to see these guys get hated on and then become toxic themselves. Edit: I would also like to point out this isn’t a new problem. It’s just happening to different people now. Before these guy it was me getting bullied and I can tell you it really sucks.

I personally think that admins should take more time to make sure people don't get bullied.. It's the right thing to do something. If you do nothing, nothing is solved.

Toxicity kills all communities. Tlalog and so many other players are willing to make an effort to prevent abuse and toxicity. I believe in order to solve this issue we should further punish abusers and repeat offenders, and incentives respectful and kind behavior. I also would like to point out that no one is absent from following this. All players, no matter if you have just joined or if you have been an admin for years, must treat others with respect and integrity. Especially in jailbreak is this especially important since muting/blocking players isn't ideal when you must listen to voice chat and read text chat in order to play the game.

Here's where it gets tricky: Some of us don't know where to draw the line is and each admin's line is different than last. If it is a constant problem, we will always take action and you can too (ban requests are always open). If you guys have a problem with what someone is saying, then make a report in admin chat. It's really not that difficult and we'll take the time to solve it.
