MC Player Pays Respect

Hello,

I notice in the server when someone dies, a lot of players like to type f. I think a funny and interesting way to improve the server would be to add a /f command, where when you type it, it will say "<username> pays respect."

Just a suggestion to help engage players and add something funny for players to do.

This feature should take effect on the next server restart. It may need some tweaking, but should do the job for now.
