CS Retake Server

I don't know about everyone else, hence the post, but assuming it doesn't cost a ton of resources, I think EGO supporting a small 10-slot retake server would be a great way to introduce new, more competitive, players to EGO, and broaden the horizon on recruiting in CSGO.

I don't really know the logistics of setting it up, or if the resources would take away from our more popular servers (TTT, Jailbreak, etc) but if it was minimal, I think looking into it would be a great idea.

Just wanted to see the communities feedback on this,

Yup, from what I remember it was a novelty for a few weeks before we all returned to Jail and TTT but who knows, it's been a couple of years and there might be interest. Though I certainly have my doubts about this pattern changing, maybe it'll be full 24/7 or maybe it'll be empty after a month.

If you want my opinion, the 10 man should be 24/7 running retakes until a scheduled scrim starts happening.

That way, we aren't wasting downtime and players who want to practice before comp can come into our server instead.

This is being discussed in another thread, if the interest is there (and it has to be a LARGE INTEREST) then we will consider it. But I won't support another server unless the dedication to filling it by a large group of members is there, not just random players saying "Yea that's a great idea, I NEED IT!" and they actually don't play on the servers.
