Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

I became a dedicated supporter a few days ago and I have yet to receive my tag in Teamspeak. I know the payment went through because I have the features everywhere else except Teamspeak.

What should be happening instead?

I should have my dedicated supporter tag.

Become a dedicated supporter and not receive a tag.

Have you connected your TS ID to the maul?

sometimes it takes a few days and also alot of the time the TS bot is down. just gotta wait a bit to get it. mine took like 4-5 days

It took me 4 days to get my Tags on Teamspeak the TS bot is often down

TeamSpeak updated its server and during that update, the bot cannot stay connected as well as it used to. Something with ServerQuery that the main nerd SmeaR can dive into with more detail.

I assume Tech is trying to work around it, but the bot is probably going to remain in a flux state until then. Contact LE within TeamSpeak and I'm sure they'll give you your roles.
