Those are some ideas that I had for the TTT server,

-The RNG, it's crap. sometimes you get traitor rounds as if there is a bargain and sometimes you get a t round like once a map or maybe nothing at all, the idea is to place a variable on the traitors when they get selected so they don't get select the next round and then remove it after the next round end so players get the chance to be selected as traitors.

-Karma, you lose 5 when you rdm an inno, why doesn't that rdm victim get the 5 karma points if his karma is not at the max? might be a good idea.

To address your first point, there is already a system is place to combat any issues that there might be with not getting traitor. If you were an innocent or detective the previous round, you get two entries in a player list that it chooses from at round start to receive the traitor role. Without this extra entry you already have a 25% change to get traitor. I do not think that making a systematic system to select roles would be beneficial to TTT. Part of the experience is going through maps where you get traitor almost every round, or maybe the opposite where you get it one round. All of that is what makes up the gamemode, and if you know that you aren't going to get traitor next round after being a traitor the previous round, you won't have any motivation to play the next round. I agree that a ton of randomness when it comes to TTT can be bad, but right now where it stands with role selection, I don't think changing it would be beneficial.

As for the second suggestion, I don't really see how this would be an improvement. I don't think people should be rewarded for dying, even if their death was caused by someone who broke the rules to kill them. I think this could cause a different reaction to RDM that wouldn't be good for the server. We want to punish the people who RDM others, and by rewarding the people who get RDM'd with karma, they'd be less inclined to bring something like that to the admins. I also feel that this would be an imbalance to the karma system. We mostly have the system in place to show the different between the new/old players, and to remove any players who are RDM'ing. Someone could easily abuse this by T-Baiting others to get them to kill them, just so they gain karma.

Thank you for answering, what you've said seems to be fair enough.
feel free to close it.
