graphic glitch

I got a 7600GT nivida and I started playing for
awhile and this came up
(viewpicture below)
This only happens to Source engine games. I play BF2 full video settings and nothing like this happends. These green / dark ember flares start flying around my screen once i play longer then 10 mins in eny map on cs source. I have no idea wats wronge.
Can some one please help me or direct me please
****I updated my vga drivers and my monitor
****lowered my vga settings and still same thing happens
****I even overclocked my card and it doesn't go away still

i took it out of my computer and cleaned it, iit was full of dust and the fan was being jammed by some horrible engineering lolm, but i cleaned it all and clocked it too the max and im going to test it now...
 
Wow, If your card is overheating, DON'T CLOCK IT, thats the pretty much dumbest thing to do in that situation, besides put firecrackers on it
 
Be nice now. He just said that there were things within the card and hes going to clean it out. That was probably the problem with it in the first place.
 
I'm not being mean, I'm just saying.

For example, if Smoke comes from your Car engine when your driving along the highway, do you speed up and put more stress on your engine ? No.

He's been running it full out and just had a bit of artifacting...if he cleaned as much dust out as he said he did then it's probably fixed.

Although he hasn't come back since his "testing". hmmm
