McMMO Alchemy with Rabbit Foot

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.
I was grinding alchemy this morning and I was making leaping potions. My nether wart went through and I got McMMO XP for it; however, whenever I put in the next ingredient (rabbit foot) it didn't give me XP on any of the nine brewing stands I put it in. I then put in Glowstone for Jump Boost II, and it gave me XP for that.
What should be happening instead?
I should be getting XP for the rabbit's foot
Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible
Go to a Brewing Stand and do the following:
Put in three water bottles
Put in one nether wart
Put in one rabbit foot
Put in one glowstone
(I did this on nine brewing stands at once and didn't receive rabbit foot XP for any of them)
Any extra info we may need to know
I do have an semi-automatic potion brewer system, but it only empties and fills up the brewing stands with water bottles. I've never had an issue with McMMO alchemy XP before because I manually put in each ingredient.
