Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

So I was trying to set up Talk power and when I was trying to give someone talk power it shows up in gray and idk why.

What should be happening instead?

The complete opposite of what i said above

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

be channel admin, set up talk power to max, I think you need to be an e.

Any extra info we may need to know

anyone that is a DS & a channel admin should see that they cant grant talk power
​
