Knife hits fail to register

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

Knife hits occasionally do not register on the TTT server. You can hear the knife hit sound but nothing actually happens as a result. This doesn't appear to be client-side either as other people can hear the knife hit.

What should be happening instead?

The knife hit should register.

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

I don't know how to replicate this but it is a common problem I encounter on TTT. I imagine this can be replicated with a large enough sample size.

Knifes haven't been registering lately. Something must be done!

While I have had this happen, I don't believe the 1-Hit Knife is the only time a knife has this issue, so its likely not something we would be able to change. Thanks for bringing it to us~
