Tech Help 150 FPS to 30?

I got on this morning and played CSGO and it was lagging a lot. I turned my computer off and did homework, hoping it would just need a reset. It didn't work. I then loaded up Rust to see if it lagged and it didn't. So I hopped back onto CSGO and looked at console. It said this in console. https://imgur.com/PfYBuGD

I think this is what is making me lag, any ideas how to fix it? I looked it up and it didn't help.

Looks like to me, sound files are busted or CS:GO is not liking your audio setup.

Just verify game files and redo it.

Yes my sound isn't working either. I even redownloaded my graphics card. My sound isn't working for CS or any other games. I thought my headset broke because I haven't got one in awhile, but I used it on my brother's computer and it was fine.

Try snd_rebuildaudiocache. If it doesn't let you run it, you may need to start a local game and run it with sv_cheats 1.

It didn't work, it also my entire computer that doesn't have sound.

If its still going on I'd like to ask a few questions. Have you tried updating any drivers, especially any audio drivers in the past few days? I see you have NVIDIA as well, try and download the recent updates from NVIDIA. It usually comes with AUDIO drivers with Nvidia Geforce Experience.

30fps is fine if you can keep it stable at 30fps and nothing below it. Like for an example, If you are playing a game and you get 30fps....until you get into some graphic intensive action, and your frames will drop resulting in lag. ... In the end, anything above 30fps is good and no lag will be noticeable.
