CS [Jailbreak] New Gang Command

Currently, we have two custom gang commands: !lenny and !shrug. I suggest adding a third command: !circ, which is a lenny face performing a circumcision and looks like this: ( ͡⚆ ͜ʖ ͡⚆)っ✂╰⋃╯ . It should cost 5000 credits though because it's quite funny.
