CS JB - Remove "colorful experience" from /rtd

Why? Well this changes the color rapidly, and someone suffering from photosensitive epilepsy might have it triggered by it.

Or at least add a warning.

They changed this so that when you do get red chat it looks more like this =(e)= Grassy {red}: {red} message here

Yeah. I dont like the rainbow screen. Very annoying. I try to watch yt on my other monitor, and have a disco show in my left eye.


Also, removing the red chat would be good. Often times when the chat moves fast in JB, it is hard to read the (TO ADMINS) or {red}, instead I just rely upon the colours. I've been missing more reports because of this

I mean what if we added a menu so when you do !RTD it adds what you got to the menu and you can redeem it when you want.

This has been implemented. You can type !settings to disable this. Thanks for the suggestion~
