Menu's lagging

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

Everytime i seem to be in a car and i open a menu, Los santos customs, inventory, mdt,chat it lags out, becoming really slow and unresponive

What should be happening instead?

Shouldnt be slow and should be instant

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Be in a car and open a menu

Any extra info we may need to know

1440x900 resolution, all low settings only texture on high. Low end pc. Did not have the problem before

I would suggest using the in game resource monitor to see if anything is taking an abnormal amount of processing time. f8 console -> resmon 1

RedDragonKnight will give it a try, it seems to work fine when i play on 1280x720 but the problem is, when i use that res i cant see the full scoreboard

The idea behind opening those up is to see what is causing the lag. If you're not lagging, having them open isn't going to show anything. Open them then start doing things that caused you to lag.

hud went up to 1.30 ms ,Holster 2 ms,monitor 2 ms didnt see much change besides those.
Also its really hard to test as it usually happens on higher rates of speed. And i cant really achieve that.

Disc base and Ex hud and Chat went up high, high enough to give me a notification ( didnt have time to check how high but atleast above 15 ms)
Alpr went up to about 0.80 ms
Ex hud: uncaught, unable to load
Ex illegal went up to 6 ms and got a notification from it
Vehlivery went up to 0.65 ms
Alpr - 6 ms
mqlasync - 6 ms
This is literally everything that i could find.
