Admin spray abilities not working

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

The commands to admin sprays are not working. Upon opening sm_admin, the commands to do anything with sprays is not available. We are unable to identify individuals who may be spraying inappropriate (pornographic and otherwise) sprays since sm_trace does not work.

What should be happening instead?

The option to trace, warn, kick, and ban for sprays should be available when sm_admin is entered.

Join the server and type sm_admin.

This still isn't working and tonight we had someone spraying porn on the server and couldn't do anything about it.

This was something intentionally removed as there were issues that arose from having this feature on the server. I know it is beneficial to have on the server but there are currently issues with this, along with the previous spray plugin we used, which resulted in us removing them. Hopefully we will be able to add this back in the future~
