How do I proceed with a will?
There have been many questions arising within the FiveM family regarding how to proceed with a legitimate will. Here are the new rules on having a will:
1. A will cannot be willed to anyone of your characters, meaning, it cannot be transferred to another one of your characters. Wills can only be willed to outside parties.
2. There will now be a cap of a maximum of $100,000 and one car. If the amount exceeds $100,000 and one car, it will be voided.
3. A Department of Justice member must notarize and make the will official. If it is not received through the Department of Justice, it is not a valid will. Forgery of a will is an arrestable offense!
