Traitor button working for everyone/role

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

On Murdertown map on TTT there is a traitor button on a bridge that you can activate and a train comes on the main roads and crushes people to death.

The problem is that earlier it worked for everyone, now it came an update where it could only be activated by traitors but it can still be activated by innocents.

What should be happening instead?

Only traitors should be able to activate the button.

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

You press your use key on the button as innocent and no trains should come but when you click it as a traitor a train should come right away.

I will try to upload a video during the weekend to show this bug better.
