Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

ttt_damons_downtown_b1 constantly spams the console with the following error:

This makes it near impossible to look at logs which means we can't admin effectively.

What should be happening instead?

The map should not produce a console error.

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Join the map. It seems to be a missing vmt file.

I think I've seen this on other maps as well could be wrong, however.

Thanks for bringing this to us. I will be looking into this~

Though this is under review, I will comment that I had the same problem the other day on rooftops. To fix it, I put the following in console:

con_filter_enable 1
con_filter_text_out "<full error message>"

Though this may not work for other instances, it stopped the problem for me. Just a quick solution until another can be implemented.
