Code breaking with the new steam name filter.

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

With the new steam filter, it breaks the codes giving it some weird text around there name and karma. In the clip, the guy's name is "E Pluribus Anus" which breaks the code because the "anus" part turns into ****. The only weird thing about this is it only happened with some names and not others that also had asterisks.

What should be happening instead?

The code should be normal and karma/name should be displayed like every other player.

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Change your name to something that the steam filter will change to asterisk's.

I've added another convar to disable/bypass the text filter.
