Short description of the problem (255 char limit)
when i press rt (the gas for the car) it locks and unlocks the car

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.
before this new lock thing was put in it was fine and worked great. If i was holing a key on my keyboard and then hit the gas it would do the same thing, but now is just all the time. No matter what it just locks when ever i hit the gas
What should be happening instead?
when i hit the gas it should not lock my car
Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible
when i hit rt on my controller it locks and unlocks the car. rt is the gas so when ever i want to go forward the car locks and unlocks
