Short description of the problem (255 char limit)
While Riding my Motorcycle (Kawasaki) The engine health will drop and it will start smoking for no reason. Also repair price is 4 - 6k depending on damage which is higher than any vehicle I have repaired thus far. I believe this is due to trying to buy parts that the garage charges me for but are "not allowed" on the bike resulting in them not being added but increasing the overall value when it comes to repairs.

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.
While riding the motorcycle in a normal manner, the health points will drop until the engine breaks. Body health will remain in the 900's engine health will go down to like 30.
Also sometimes unable to get on the bike when trying to get it repaired by the mechanic even if it is unlocked.
What should be happening instead?
Engine health should NOT drop for no reason when the body health has taken no damage. Should be able to be repaired when unlocked and sitting upright.
Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible
Ride the bike for X amount of time and watch the health drain. Other issue as stated above I cannot replicate but the only solution was to destroy the bike (blow it up) and then wait for it to despawn and pull from garage.
