Ok, so I have developed a system, which I use all the time, its on a ten second basis. I an eGO is in game, playing, NOT spec, then wait ten secs for them to respond. Then if an eG is in the server, wait like 7 or so seconds, then if nothing is done, respond. Please like the highest admin deal with everything first. And of course if it is necessary to contact an admin, do so. And one last thing, about hackers, USE ADMIN CHAT. that U @ then the message. every admin thanks you for doing so.

Maybe we can do something like that, but also to get the word around, tell your friends on the server, and remind people who warn others after theyve already been warned

As far as language goes i do not warn a player if they use a bad word once unless it is directed towards a player. If the player is becoming a problem/disruption because of bad language used multiple times then I would warn and take action. I almost never warn for a first time offense. I dont know but perhaps we are taking this too seriously I agree that inapropriate language should not be allowed but an administrater is there to remove a player that is becoming a problem if a bad word is used once and a player is warned by 6 people it doesn't make them feel great let alone return to the server.
