They're definitely an upgrade from the previous ones, however there's obviously many improvements to be made. From what I'm reading though, they aren't finished. A servers page showing what servers there are and a members page showing your prominent staff is super crucial, so that should be a priority item. You should also consider an area towards the bottom showing who's currently browsing the forums.
The biggest thing would probably be to scrap all the white. There's not many gaming forums, forums in general or applications as a whole that still favor light over dark. You should make the background a dark gray or black and work the forums around that color and the blue showcased at the top of the forum behind the logo. I know there's still some outliers who like using light themes for whatever reason, but I'd turn it into an option instead of the default. Make the default theme everyone sees when they come here dark and allow them to switch to light somehow.
